If your item is not faulty, there may be a charge for the carriage of your return. You may return your item(s) in original unused condition in the original packaging within 28 days of collection or delivery. Smaller items are sent out with our courier company who will send you an email or a text regarding the delivery and estimated time, along with further tracking details for you to follow. Items marked as collection only are also available for local delivery starting from £15 depending on your postcode. Local Delivery for "Collection Only" items (Large or fragile) Please be aware our courier team DO NOT deliver upstairs as part of our service. This service does not include taking away packaging and will take 7-14 working days for delivery. The largest items in our collection will be handled by a specialist carrier who operate with two-man delivery teams. This service does not include taking away any packaging. Once dispatched, we will email you with details of the delivery. This can be when an item is especially heavy or long in length. Some items require a specialist courier to carry out the delivery. Our standard delivery 5-7 working days from ordering. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified by text message or email with an estimated delivery date as well as your unique tracking number. This service is for small items (enough for one person to carry) and will be delivered by a tracked courier service such as Parcelforce or our own delivery vehicles. We will hold your item(s) for 10 days, if the order remains uncollected without contact, we will cancel your order and refund to the original card used. Proof of purchase is required on collection. We will need 24 hours notice for larger items and these can only be collected on an arranged day due to limited space. We will call or email you when your items are ready to collect. We offer a free click & collect service from our showroom in Hanley. You will then receive an email or call to confirm your delivery. Once you have placed your order, our team will check your order and assign the best shipping service based on the products you have purchased and your delivery address.
